Perfectly located on Michigan Avenue! Near many restaurants and in the main shopping district of the city. 
*Oak street is about a 10/15 minute walk for more shops! *The former John Hancock building is a 5 minute walk. *The “Bean” formally known as Cloud Gate is about a 30 minute walk or quick cab/uber ride! Many of the main attraction are a stones throw from the peninsula! RoomWe stayed in an Executive Suite, it was perfect, especially considering we had our dogs with us. 
The suite had a small entry was and a large sitting/office room. There was a long hallway with a space for our luggage and closet, and a door which lead to the bathroom. The end of the hall lead into the bedroom which had a great view of Chicago Avenue! 
When we arrived they had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room! Which was amazing!! 
BreakfastThe hotel had a wonderful breakfast selection. It was the best plated breakfast we have had at a hotel - it was Pen-tastic! 😉 
Z BarThis new bar located on the 6th floor of the hotel is perfect for any occasion; A date, a casual bite to eat or to get a drink with a friend after work. |

Known for it’s hand-crafted drinks and gourmet bites, Z Bar is the place to be! It has a fantastic viewpoint with a beautiful outdoor space great for any time of year!
Being here in November we were surprised to be able to sit outside. However, there is an amazing fire place faux fur blankets and heaters to keep you warm while you sip a fun cocktails! 
As a former Chicagoans we were always looking for ways to spend time outside and not freeze, there are limited outdoor spaces open in the colder months of the year, and to have this new gem as an option is sensational! The cocktails and gourmet bites here were Z-licious!🍹 🍸 🍷 🥂 This should be on everyones radar! PoolThe pool is a long rectangle, with a beautiful mosaic tile wall at one end and windows on two sides of the pool. 
There is a hot tub, noodles and boogie boards to use while in this space. It was so sunny 😎 ☀️ the day we went, I swear it felt like we were at the beach! 🏖 🏊♂️ ChristmasIf you happen to be staying here around Christmas ask about the Christmas experience, which entails have your room decorated and a Christmas tree! 🎄🎅🏼⭐️
