Chateau de Sacy | Champagne, France - Life and My Lens - Travel & Tourism Bloggers

What a charming boutique hotel! The drive up to Chateau de Sacy was something out of a fairytale! The chateau is set back on a small hill and looks out onto fields of rolling grapevines.

The entrance has some of the most beautiful roses we have ever seen!

Upon entering we were greeted by a member of the staff, who gave us a brief tour and showed us to our chamber.

Our room was small, but pretty. It had long drapes and a cute window that opened out. The bed was covered in white linens and very cozy. The bathroom was also very nice, and had an amazing shower! 🚿 It was marble from floor to ceiling and had great water pressure!

There was a bottle of still and sparking water in the room with some rose flavored biscuits.

The patio was lovely and overlook acres of vineyards, that were all changing color as we were visiting Reins in October. The view was just beautiful! We ordered some champagne and sat outside for a few hours.

The property had two barrel hot tubs, we we so excited to use them and get a picture in them! Unfortunately, one was cold and one was scalding hot - so we were not able to use either which was pretty disappointing. We inquired to the staff thinking maybe they could be adjusted (they can’t), apparently this is a common complaint.

Gorgeous! Right out of a magazine. The decor was perfect blend of rustic luxury. You could spend all day sitting, sipping champagne admiring the decor.

Breakfast - was a small buffet, it was pretty basic, nothing special.

Dinner - we had reservations, but did not end up eating sinner as they menu was not to our taste.

*There are very limited restaurant options in this area.
